Chris Boyd was on a site visit in Hells Canyon this month and had the opportunity to photograph the new dock and boat launch upgrades. The design was completed in the Spring of 2017 for the US Forest Service. Upgrades included a new boat dock, realignment of the launch, and a gabion wall to allow for larger jet boats.

 The new dock can rise and fall with changes in water level using the repaired guide rails. River Structures teamed up with Matrix Engineering for this project.
